🌍 Eligibility for the ECO4 Grant

At EcoVista Innovations, we believe every household should have the chance to benefit from a warmer, more energy-efficient home. The ECO4 scheme provides fully funded improvements for eligible households, helping reduce energy bills, cut carbon emissions, and improve living conditions.

To qualify, your household must meet one or more of the following eligibility routes:

ECO4 focuses on:

Low-income households on certain means-tested benefits or with household incomes below set thresholds.

Homes with low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings (D, E, F, or G).

✅ NHS Route

If someone in your home has a health condition made worse by living in a cold or damp property, you may qualify. This includes:

• Asthma or other respiratory conditions

• Cardiovascular illnesses

• Vulnerable residents who are on regular prescribed medication

✅ Benefit Route

Households receiving one or more qualifying benefits may be eligible, including:

• Universal Credit

• Income Support

• Housing Benefit

• Child Tax Credit

• Pension Credit (Guarantee or Savings)

• Jobseeker’s Allowance (income-based)

• Employment and Support Allowance (income-related)

✅ Income Route

If your total household income is £31,000 or less per year, you may qualify for ECO4 support.

✅ Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LAFlex)

Even if you don’t meet the standard criteria, your local council may still be able to refer your property for ECO4 funding if you are considered vulnerable to fuel poverty or living in an inefficient home.
